Account Manager
As an account manager, I act as the primary point of contact between our clients and my team. I interpret client’s financial needs, ensure their accounts are accurate and compliant, and translate financial information into clear, actionable insights they can understand and use. I joined SJC in September 2023 and started in a more execution-focused role, concentrating on day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, reconciliations, and responding to client requests. As I’ve gained experience, my role has shifted toward ownership and relationship management. I now proactively manage client accounts, anticipate issues before they arise, advise clients on best practices and coordinate internally to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
My role today is less about processing transactions and more about maintaining trust, improving efficiency, and supporting clients in making informed financial decisions.
In my spare time, I’m usually socialising with friends and family, exploring new places, or fully committing to doing absolutely nothing. I’m a big believer in work-life balance. Whether that’s a spontaneous adventure, a good laugh, or switching off completely so I can come back recharged, motivated, and ready to take on whatever’s next.
