Getting started with SJC

    • Book your free financial health check by clicking the link and completing the “contact us” form.

    • We will get back to you within 24 hours to arrange an initial consultation.

    • During the initial consultation we will understand your requirements which will determine whether any "initial services" are required, this includes set up and onboarding fees.

    • We offer full software set-up, including integration and migration from all platforms to Xero.

    • At SJC we have experience working with a variety of accounting software’s including Xero, QuickBooks and Sage, and a number of CRM systems. We are also comfortable with working with new systems too.

Our services & technology

    • We offer a comprehensive range of services, from day-to-day bookkeeping to FD/FC-level support. For the full list of services, please visit the Our Services page on our website.

    • Yes, we prepare various types of management reporting including Management Accounts, Cash Flow Forecasting, Budget vs Actuals and KPI reporting.

    • If we are working on Xero, you will have user access credentials to access your Xero at any time.

Pricing

    • Our packages are bespoke and tailored to each client’s specific needs. After discussing your requirements, we’ll prepare a proposal which will outline an estimated monthly fee, which will be confirmed after the first months’ bookkeeping.

    • The fee is based on several factors, including the range of services, number of transactions, and the complexity of your requirements.

    • You will be invoiced at the end of every month. Our method of payment is monthly standing order.

Support and contact

    • Your dedicated account manager will be your primary point of contact, they will have support from their team of 2 to 3 people, ensuring that there is someone all year-round that will be able to answer any queries. There is also the CEO and CCO, who will also be able to assist if required.
