In my role, no two days are ever the same and that's a really good thing. I am passionate about helping our clients succeed and love getting involved in all aspects of their businesses, from understanding their challenges, to attending management meetings and overseeing their accounts - I wear many hats. I run SJC day to day and, with the help of my fantastic team, make sure our clients receive the highest standards of service.  We really pride ourselves on our personal connection with our clients and our commitment to going the extra mile, that is something I have believed in from the start. I lead by example (I'm probably in the office far too much) and share that vision with the team  - finding, nurturing and bringing out the very best in people is a crucial part of my role at SJC.

I founded SJC 13 years ago on my own, building the business from my kitchen table using the knowledge I had gained (what works and what doesn't work) from my involvement with other businesses. What began as a solo venture has now grown into a trusted and established finance team, serving all different kinds of companies, which is something to be proud of. But I won't look back for too long, I'm looking to the future now, how to take SJC to the next stage, how we grow and adapt... and that is really exciting. Outside of work, I am an avid tennis and padel player and enjoy watching sport too, even Spurs! You also might find me at Ascot and Wimbledon if I'm lucky enough to get tickets. I have wonderful friends and family and relish spending time with them too.
